This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities or other PACE web sites. We respect your privacy rights and value your trust. This Privacy Policy describes how PACE collects, receives, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and processes your personal information, as well as your rights in determining what we do with the information that we collect or hold about you. Collection of Personal Information

Personal information ("Personal Information") is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains. Personal Information that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. PACE reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and will provide notice of material changes on the Site in a reasonable period of time via our services. If as the result of such changes, you want to alter the ways in which PACE is allowed to use your Personal Information, you can do so by editing your account information after login.

You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, the changes to the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site or any PACE services after such notice has been posted for thirty (30) days with the following exception: If at the time you provide personal information to PACE you are given the opportunity (as you currently are) to limit how such information will be used to communicate with you, either by PACE or by third parties, PACE will not change your preference in this regard without your express consent.

As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in some activities without providing any personal information such as reading about PACE’s product offerings features and benefits. In connection with completing a Contact Us form, PACE may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Our websites use cookies to identify you over multiple visits to the site. Cookies are optional, and you can block or delete them. We do not store any of your personal information in cookies and cookies are not required to use www.pacap.com.

We have Microsoft Clarity tracker code on our site. Clarity captures the interactions on our website such as how the page has rendered and what interactions users undertake such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, etc. Clarity is GDPR complaint as a data controller.

How Your Personal Information is Used

PACE collects your information in order to effectively address your comments and questions and provide you with relevant information in response to your inquiry, to monitor interactions with our marketing emails, for analytics and advertising, and to provide customer support in connection with our products.

At no time will PACE ever sell your name or personal information, nor will it provide such to any party outside those Vendors who support PACE technology.

PACE does not, without your permission, distribute to third parties’ information you have submitted to this Site that identifies you personally.

PACE intends to cooperate with any order or request from law enforcement officials or a court of competent jurisdiction for information as to the identity of individuals submitting or posting information to PACE or on the Site.

These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us, pursuant to written instructions. In the case of Merger and Acquisition. If PACE is involved in a merger, acquisition, dissolution, sale of all or a portion of its assets, or other fundamental corporate transaction, we reserve the right to sell or transfer your information as part of the transaction. In such an event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership, incompatible new uses of your personal information, and choices you may have regarding your personal information.

We Collect Internationally

We collect information globally via the Internet and store that information securely in the United States. We may transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we operate. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it requiring a high level of data security.

EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework with UK Extension, and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

PACE Anti-Piracy complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  PACE Anti-Piracy has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.  PACE Anti-Piracy has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/.

PACE Anti-Piracy is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and Swiss-U.S. DPF and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.  PACE Anti-Piracy complies with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over PACE Anti-Piracy’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. In certain situations, PACE Anti-Piracy may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, PACE Anti-Piracy commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States.  If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request for more information or to file a complaint.  These dispute resolution services are provided at no cost to you.
